Germany\u2019s HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH and India\u2019s EKKI Pumps have signed an agreement to set up a wastewater focused joint venture pump company in India to serve the domestic and neighbouring markets.
As part of the joint venture, HOMA and EKKI are also looking at setting up a new manufacturing facility in India.
The new partnership will enable HOMA to significantly expand its global reach, while EKKI will gain access to the Homa brand, and its cutting edge wastewater pumping systems.
The new joint venture will have Dr Klaus Hoffmann as chairman of the board. The alliance will operate independently within the EKKI Group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
