PG Flow Solutions is to supply seawater circulation pumps for a wellboat that the Norwegian shipyard Aas Mekaniske Verksted is building for Br\u00f8nnb\u00e5t Nord Lofoten.\u00a0\u00a0Eight large seawater circulation pumps will be supplied for the 63.86 metre long and 14 metre wide new build wellboat. The pumps will ensure continuous seawater circulation in the boat\u2019s well, which has a total storage capacity of 1200 cubic metres across two wells.
During the past year, the shipyard awarded similar contracts to PG Flow Solutions for three other new builds.
The pump systems will be delivered to Aas Mekaniske Verksted\u2019s yard in Vestnes, Norway. Ship delivery is planned for November 2021.
Hayward Tyler has been awarded a \u00a32 million contract to supply a glandless pump package to Chinese EPC Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, for installation at Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park Phase IV, a 950MW concentrating solar power (CSP) and photovoltaic hybrid IPP in Dubai.
