Holland Pump Company, the US pump rental and dewatering solutions provider, has acquired Sander Power Equipment based in Trevose, Pennsylvania and Pump & Power Equipment Corp of Jessup, Maryland.The acquisitions add three branches to Holland Pump\u2019s pump fleet and dewatering services offering, increasing the company\u2019s capabilities to service municipal, construction, industrial and mining industries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, northern Virginia and Delaware.
Sander Power Equipment and Pump & Power Equipment Corp are Holland Pump\u2019s fourth and fifth acquisitions since partnering with XPV Water Partners in 2019. Earlier this year, Holland Pump acquired Pump Service & Supply of Troy (PSS), based in Troy, New York. The company acquired Baton Rouge, Louisiana\u2019s Alpha Pump & Equipment Inc in October 2019 and Complete Dewatering Pumps & Wellpoints \u2013 CDPW, based in Edgewater, Florida, USA, at the start of 2021.
The UK\u2019s Amarinth, in partnership with its regional agent ISG, has won a US$500 000 order from KPO in Kazakhstan for six API 610 OH2 pumps for water and caustic fluid transfer duties.
