\u00a0Italy\u2019s Interpump Group has acquired a 60% equity interest in Process Partners China Co Ltd and an increase to 60% in its investment in YRP (Shanghai) Flow Technology Co Ltd, via its subsidiary Inoxpa SAU.
Process Partners was founded in 2015 and specializes in the production and sale of plants and complete solutions for food processing activities, especially in the dairy products sector. With support from the Inoxpa Group, YRP Flow Technology was formed in 2016 to distribute components \u2013 valves, pumps and actuators \u2013 in China, as the exclusive distributor for the Inoxpa Group in the region. Together, the two businesses generated revenues of almost \u20ac11 million in 2023.
The combined price of the two transactions is about \u20ac2.9 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
